Science Friday Book Club, a program of Science Friday, sparks curiosity and brings people together around all things science reading. SciFri Book Club is one of the prime ways that audience members interact directly with Science Friday, so it was important for Book Club branding to be recognizably connected to Science Friday – but originally, the program had a completely separate look and feel from the rest of SciFri, causing confusion both internally and externally.
I worked with the SciFri team to refresh the Book Club's branding to better fit within the existing iconic Science Friday brand structure. I also developed brand and messaging guidelines; created a suite of visual assets to be used across channels; and updated materials for partners so publishers, booksellers, and libraries can promote SciFri Book Club picks.
