BRAC is an international nonprofit that equips vulnerable people in Asia and Africa – especially women and girls – with the tools, skills, and opportunities to lift themselves out of poverty. To celebrate their focus on empowering women and girls, the chosen theme for their year-end campaign was Multiply Her Power.
I collaborated with the BRAC team to bring this theme to life visually across channels with bold, fresh graphics that aligned with the organizational brand and enhanced their stunning portrait photography featuring entrepreneurs. The upward arrow graphic, signifying the upward momentum of people lifting themselves out of poverty, was designed to be versatile: as part of the campaign logo mark, as a tag to a text block, to frame the subject of a photo, and repurposed to form the "X" in the 2X and 3X match announcements. The versatility also extended to the range of creative solutions for digital channels designed to easily test images and messaging, so the BRAC team could build on winning results.
