Blood Cancer United (formerly The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society) is a pioneer in blood cancer research. Over more than 75 years, they have invested nearly $2 billion to fund medical breakthroughs in blood cancer treatment. As part of their commitment to research, Blood Cancer United convenes a panel of medical experts annually to discuss the latest advances in blood cancer treatments.
The 2025 Research Gathering represented an exciting milestone: the first major event for the newly-rebranded Blood Cancer United. To make the most of introducing the new brand to research and philanthropy partners, I designed all digital and environmental graphics to showcase the new look and feel, bringing a fresh design sensibility to an annual event. Environmental graphics featured photos of real blood cancer survivors and researchers, underscoring that while the organization's name has changed and the brand has evolved, the mission remains the same: to cure blood cancer and improve the lives of patients and families.
